Where does the data come from?
From each city's official open data portal. Building permits are public records. We collect them every night, clean them, remove duplicates and sort them by what the property needs next.
Is this legal to use?
Yes, for marketing by mail, door-to-door and contacting the builder named on the permit. We deliver no homeowner names or phone numbers, and you agree to follow the contact rules in your area (for example do-not-call and local solicitation rules).
Why no homeowner phone numbers?
Cold calls and texts to homeowners are heavily regulated in the US. Addresses for postcards, door-knocking and the builder’s business contact are what win these jobs — and keep you out of trouble.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on your trade and city. Pick both in the pricing box and we show how many matching permits were issued in the last 30 days. Fewer than 20 leads in your first 30 days? We refund the month.
When do leads arrive?
Every morning at 7 am city time, by email with a CSV attached. Permits issued on weekends and holidays arrive with the next weekday digest.
What is a lead pack?
A fixed number of leads for one city, paid once — no subscription. We unlock the newest leads for your trade right away and add new permits every morning until the pack is full. If it isn't full after 30 days, we refund the rest automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your billing settings — no calls, no emails. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
