Can I start with one pillar and add more later?
Yes. Every plan stands on its own. If you end up with two or three, switch to Growth: it includes all of them for less.
What happens if I send more email than my plan includes?
Marketing includes 10,000 emails a month. Past that, extra email costs $2 per 1,000, billed with your next invoice — never during the free trial, and never if a payment is overdue: then sending waits for next month.
Do I need my own domain for email marketing?
Yes. Email from your own domain is what reaches the inbox. We guide you through connecting it step by step, with directions for your domain provider.
Does email marketing work outside the US?
Yes. Marketing works for businesses anywhere in the world, and you can email people in any country. Prices are in USD.
Can I upload a list I bought?
No. Only people who agreed to hear from your business. Bought, rented and scraped lists hurt everyone's deliverability and are against our acceptable use policy.
Is requesting quotes free?
Yes, for any business. Providers pay for the Connections listing and the alerts.
